Hi, just crossed over from FL, I also love Shakespeare, cats. The witches rede, “An’ it harm none, do what ye will” If only more people followed the first 4 words of that. Unlike some of the folk tales we know witches aren’t bad. Many Bright Blessings to you.

Thank you for positive feedback from Future learn course. Much appreciated.

I too have a great love of the Scottish Play. By changing schools I ended-up doing it twice and played the “Noble Thane of Ross” on each occasion.

  8. Hi, I stumbled across your blog by accident and saw that you like Shakespeare as much as I do. I am constantly trying to promote classic films, and although you may already know this one, I would like to introduce you to the morbid British horror drama Theatre of Blood (1973), in which people are murdered through Shakespeare. It has a stellar British cast, including Vincent Price and Diana Rigg: https://hiddenfilmgems.wordpress.com/2015/01/08/theatre-of-blood-1973/

Hi, Christine, just wanted to say I appreciate your “like” on my “Don’t waste your vote” post. I get enormously frustrated at a system that insists there be only two opposing points of view when other viable options exist. I enjoyed browsing your site and think your Jack the Ripper post was excellent.

    • You are very welcome! Thanks so much for stopping by 🙂

I too have been very frustrated by our political scene. Everyone must vote their heart.

Glad you liked Jack the Ripper! Have a great Halloween! 🙂

    Hi Christine,
Thanks for the like on my ‘Waiting:a necessary part of life’ post, it brought me here and I’m enjoying looking through your site. I’d be interested to know what course you did with FL? I’ve been looking through their courses recently, there’s some really interesting subjects available.
Anyways, it’s good to connect and I’m glad I clicked through to your blog 🙂

    • Oh, you are welcome and thanks so much for visiting!

The FL class I took was ‘Shakespeare and His World’ from the U of Warwick. It was EXCELLENT! I cannot say enough good things about it!

I happen to be a Shakespeare nut, but FL offers courses in just about everything, I LOVE them. You should definitely check them out.

Thanks again for stopping by 🙂

Madam, thanks for reading my post ‘King Lear-I’, I am happy you appreciate it, though it’s still incomplete and unedited. Your response inspires me.
I’ll not pretend I read you; only a few lines, from which I can tell it’s researched (‘Anne Boleyn’, ‘Elizabeth will conquer all’, ‘April Fool’, ‘rondeau’) and your spirit to experiment is remarkable. ‘Twisted fiction’, ‘witchlike’; your love of Shakespeare is infused throughout.
